Reviews
These guys were great. Everyone, from the owner, Chris, to the Project Manager, Dennis, to the technician, Danny, was a pleasure to work with. There was no pressure like I did feel with some of the other responses. Danny did a nice job of the work I spec'd. Danny was very detail-oriented and took pride in a job well done. I am very happy with them, and will definitely use them again! Highly recommended. rrh
Tech arrived promptly and did excellent work
Alex and Denis did a wonderful job with running a fiber line between two buildings. They even left pull strings for next time if we need to pull any other cables through these pipes. Alex gave me some recommendations for other services they provide, of which I may use in the future. Covered Connections did a fantastic job.
This was Peter’s first residential project, he arrived early at 1pm, but it was already getting hot in the attic. He persisted, got the hard part done. He could have stapled the wire along the wood to get to the location for the plug, changed his mind and ran the wire through the wood so I could mount sheet rock without needing to move the wire. Thanks Peter!

Fast amd friendly
Alex was helpful over an exploratory call, and the worker who came onsite, was quick and professional.
Had a very good experience working with covered connections. Will hire again for future projects.
Alex, the owner of Covered Connections, was awesome! He showed up, quickly figured out what was going wrong with my internet, and had it fixed in no time. He looked sharp and acted super professional, which really put me at ease. Letting someone you don’t know mess with your network and computer can be a bit nerve-wracking, but with Alex, there were zero worries. He’s not just good at what he does he is great and he is also super trustworthy. I’m definitely calling him up again for any future tech troubles. Big thanks to Alex!
