“CBF” is a rare find in this world of BS marketing! He walks his talk with great communication skill, shows up, does what he promised efficiently without fuss, cleans up leaving the place like the way found or better …all for the quoted price! Bottomline I’m a very happy/satisfied customer thus I highly recommend Cowboy Fixer Upper for your next project! My Project: My patio ceiling wasn't installed properly (by me) thus some of the panels began falling. Joel patiently fitted the tongue/groove planks back into place perfectly. Then secured them and others to prevent future issues!
Cowboy fixer upper got back to me quickly when I requested work to be done. He was punctual and did a good job.
He responded immediately to my post and was available to help right away. He was prompt and professional and I am very happy with his service. I plan on using him again.
Joel fixed my problem of replacing an inferior ceiling fan with one that’s miles better. I appreciate his professionalism and his willingness to go above and beyond what was required. To his wife-sorry it took longer than anticipated. That’s usually how it goes.
I called Joel needing a keypad entry lock replaced and CO2 detectors installed on a rental property. The lock malfunctioned while I was states away. He responded quickly and got the task completed. Recommend.
He did great work. Was a joy to have around. He was careful and thorough and got the job done! I strongly recommend him!
Joel did a wonderful job installing my light fixtures and repairing my fence!
He was communicative and professional. His work was outstanding. I would definitely use his services again. I highly recommend the cowboy fixer upper!
Installed attic fan incorrectly and messed up electrical wiring!!! Now lights don't work properly in bedroom and bathroom!!!! This was a simple " replacement " everything was already there - just switch out units! He still got it wrong! Do NOT hire.... you will only be let down & not get what you need!!!! The photo will show you... the black part is supposed to be on the other side of the drywall!!!! The frame that show is white so I have to completely re-do his work!!!!!
