Was quick to respond and set up appointment. The garbage disposal replacement was done within an hour.
Outstanding was able to re-plumb two toilet water lines, looks and works great!
It required two visits since a part needed to be ordered, but on the second visit, the technician fixed our shower in only 15 minutes! Incredible speed and service. I will definitely hire them again! Thanks!
Highly capable and was able to fix the plumbing issue we were having where others could not. Did not give up on our project when there were unforeseen challenges specific to the unit and came up with workable solutions. Very knowledgeable. Definitely recommend for any plumbing needs.
They were very responsive to all of my messages. On point with price quote without adding any additional cost. Work was done professionally. Treated my small job as if it was a major job.
Quick response, showed up to provide estimate same day. Was able to provide answers to my questions, and very professional. Pricing was on par with other companies…but Cox Plumbing was communicatively the most flexible and responsive. And for me I need to be able to reach you and be confident that I’ll get a quick response.
Quick work and great price
Had a tub that was leaking, reached out to Cox Plumbing and they responded right away stating they can be at my home to repair it! Demetri (plumber) was commutative to his exact arrival time. He diagnosed the issue within minutes upon arrival! Explained to me the two options but indicated option 1 is the issue. The price was reasonable considering you have to pay for ignorance AND peace of mind. Amazing job for the simple fact that the issue is resolved ON A SUNDAY!!
Quality work in a pinch, super accommodating and great expertise!
My experience was great. The worker I had was very knowledgeable and was able to assess the problem with the quickest of ease.He made sure I knew everything he was doing before he did and fixed my shower without any complications.
Excellent communication and upfront pricing. He’s our plumber from now on.
Osaro was super responsive and clear about what needed to be done and how much it would cost. He showed up right on time and replaced the ice maker valve. He even checked to make sure there was no spillage and double-checked the installation to make sure there were no leaks. He was really thorough and explained how to use the valve. He also connected the supply line to the refrigerator and made sure it worked well. I’d definitely recommend him.
Cox Plumbing was outstanding! I reached out and received an immediate response, and he was able to come the same day, which was a lifesaver. The pricing was very reasonable, especially for such quick service. I’m extremely satisfied with the work and will definitely be hiring him again. Highly recommend! I hired him to install a washing machine box.
Great! Customer service and excellent work.
The repairman was very nice and polite. He was informative and educated me on the errors I made when I attempted the installation. He was awesome.
Will recommend Cox Plumbing. Work was excellent. Thank you.
Very fast within an hour of reaching out was able to stop by and fix an issue with installing a shower valve cartridge. Would rehire for other plumbing needs.
He came and played no games. Got straight to the point/to work. We’re so pleased with our services. Recommend to everyone - thank you for coming to our aid.
A+ Service. Needed to have a cartridge changed in my shower lever as there was a constant drip from the shower head. Job was completed quick and efficiently. Would recommend and use again.
