We had a poor experience, despite the rave review on the platform. Mostly because the online communication, whilst prompt, wasn't entirely honest. I kept asking specifically if they were locally based, after much prompting after 2 days they admitted they were not. I would not have booked them if I had known. The cleaner was booked to arrive at 8:30 to 9am and arrived at 11. She was travelling from East LA to the South Bay. Her communication skills were poor and she arrived poorly equipped - one cannot expect to clean a 3 bedroomed home with a handheld vacuum cleaner. Disappointed with Cozy Clean. Did not feel like we got value for our $415. We would not use them again.
