Communication. I set classes up for Bauer San Francisco and Josh did not show up for class nor did he call me. I reached out to him several times and did not bother to return calls. Left message on Thumbtack while he was online and did not answer me back.

I have hired at least a dozen CPR trainers in my years running preschools, social service agencies, residential programs, etc. and Josh/ CPR Education is the best and immensely well priced. Josh was professional, knowledgeable, warm, funny, clear and made the training reflective of our agency's work.
