Frank from CQ Electric arrived right on time and immediately went to work to determine the cause of my problem. He thoroughly checked my electrical system from Panel Box to switch to outside connection to lamp post (all the while, graciously allowing me to tag along). Unfortunately, the issue was determined to be an underground break in the line which would necessitate digging a trench to locate. Even though the issue was not solved, I highly recommend CQ Electric. Frank was determined to find the cause of the problem and when he found it, he gave me suggestions as to what comes next. He answered all of my questions and seemed went out of his way to make sure that he had explored all possible solutions.

Frank was very responsive in text. He showed up on time and got right to work. The result was exactly what I was looking for and his pricing was fair.
