The quote was very reasonable. The crew and process was very smooth and I was constantly updated with progress. I also received videos of completed work.

About Crawlspace Florida
We are a local foundation contractor who provides guaranteed high-quality work. We offer safe, affordable and personalized crawl space repairs. Our services… TRADITIONAL HOMES • Re-leveling foundations • Repairing wood damage to joists and beam • Adding supplemental beams and piers • Vapor barriers and power ventilation (fans) • Encapsulation • Older/antique house specialists MOBILE HOMES We re-level with longevity in mind. Most contractors/handymen re-level homes on the original SINKING piers. Within a 1-2 years, noticeable settling has begun again. When we re-level a home, we add MORE piers to better distribute the weight. This provides much longer stability. Done as we do will provide many years of stability. Re-leveling does NOT require work every 2-3 years. Unlike any other foundation contractor, we provide you with narrated: “BEFORE” videos so you can better understand the circumstances under the home and determine your own level of concern and urgency. and “AFTER” videos so you can see the work was completed as discussed and done correctly. Our pricing is affordable (and almost always significantly lower than the big contractors). We offer outside financing. I am a God-fearing Christian and treat people with respect and NEVER do a hard closing technique. Homeowners are not a number. They are people who are very concerned (many times are scared) about their home and in need of an honest assessment, proposal and/or assurance. Please see our reviews here and at our website Thank you and we would appreciate the opportunity to meeting with you. Launce Owner

Lance was a nice guy and so was his crew . Price was very fair . I would recommend the company to anyone needing crawlspace repair .
The team Lance, Riah, Jason and Cody was great! They went above and beyond on our home. I definitely recommend them if you need foundation work done.
Lance was amazing, his prices were very reasonable and he did excellent work.
Phenomenal work, attentiveness, and very kind, professional people. Communication was top tier not just with us as the customers but also with each other as employees I noticed. Very organized from the moment they arrived, through their lunch break, and up to when they packed up and left. I can tell that this business is ran like a well oiled machine and am not surprised by the already impressive reviews that compelled me to hire them in the first place. Should anyone else need this service done, Crawlspace Florida is the one and only name that I could ever feel totally confident in recommending. My house is in better shape now than when we first moved in and it’s wonderful that they have added extra support to ensure the safety of our family.
We hired Launce from Crawlspace FL to complete foundation repairs at our property and we were pleased with the results. From start to finish, Launce was professional, communicative, and efficient. He took the time to explain the scope of work clearly, answered all our questions thoroughly, and ensured that everything was done to a high standard. His team was respectful, on time, and kept us informed with images of their work throughout the process. Not only did Launce complete the job quickly, but he also made sure the repairs would meet FHA inspection standards — which is critical for our upcoming sale. Knowing we could count on him to assist if any follow-up was needed brought us great peace of mind. We highly recommend Crawlspace FL to anyone in need of foundation work. Launce truly knows his craft and stands behind his work with integrity and professionalism.
