These guys were great. I highly recommend them! They were professional, courteous, and did a wonderful job installing a sump pump in my basement. Working with them took away some of the inevitable stress of preparing to sell a house and move.

The Crawlspace Renovations LLC team represents among the highest levels of customer service I have experienced. Information on quote was accurate, responses to my answers were turned around very fast. Answers were clear and where necessary detailed enough for me to make informed decisions quickly about what I needed. Everything was completed on time and at every step of the process I was always informed. I’m very pleased with my results. My house feels and smells much better! I recommend Erik and his crew 100% You won’t regret to hire them!

One of the best companies with which I have ever worked. From the thorough bidding process, to contract development, to the timely and efficient execution of the job, this was superb. Moreover it was fairly priced. As a customer, I was treated exceptionally well, with any request entertained and accommodated. When snags were encountered, all concerns were resolved. I look forward to having Crawlspace Renovations service this rental property in the future. I have recommended them to the property management company I work with. It was a pleasure.

I had Erick come to look at my crawlspace, which had beginnings of mold growth. After talking through various options with him, we decided to clean out the mold and put down 10 mil vapor barrier to prevent future growth. He did a great job taping the edges together and stapling them down to the ground. His price was reasonable (I had one more company to come to give me a quote). Erick has offered to come back to check the humidity during the summer to see if the issue is taken care of. Erick has been a great person to work with. He even offered to sealed up a gaping hole in my crawlspace!

Super responsive and easy to schedule. Competitive pricing for installation of a new vapor barrier, and everything looks great. We would definitely hire again.
