Ariana was super responsive and communicative! Her work looks sooo good! She gave me exactly what I asked for. The foil fringe backdrop is my own doing so please don't mind that. I got the easel + balloon garland package. She gave me $50 off for being a first time customer! She was punctual and was in and out quicker than I expected. Would definitely work with her again! Thank you so much Ariana!!! :)
Working with Ariana, our balloon decorator for our birthday/book promotion party, was an absolute pleasure! She explained her service options clearly, shared helpful gallery photos, and followed up with thoughtful conversations that made the planning process so much easier—especially since I wanted a large custom-designed board. I chose the Balloon Garland with Stand option, and it turned out absolutely beautiful. Ariana was prompt, professional, and delivered exactly what she promised. I highly recommend her services to anyone looking to add elegance and creativity to their celebration.
Punctual, kind, and so very talented! Creative concierge made this beautiful balloon arch for a couple’s event at my church, and everyone loved it so much! It was a beautiful backdrop for photos, and it really elevated the overall look of our event. 100/10!
Highly recommend Creative concierge. I hired them for a Galentines event. The girls are extremely professional and so creative. I am super picky and they brought my vision to life perfectly. So glad I chose this company, will def use in the future. Worth every penny. The photos speak for itself :-)
Had the best experience with Creative Concierge! She was responsive, professional, punctual and flexible. She was able to create a beautiful piece in the allotted setup time and was right on time for clean up. The balloon piece was a hit- everyone at the event took photos and it was truly the highlight of the baby shower! 10/10 recommend.
Responsive, professional, and amazing work. 10 out of 10!
Ariana did a phenomenal job in decorating for my event. She was prompt in responding yet very patient with me as this was my first time ordering placing a balloon order. Her attention to detail and professionalism were outstanding and I will most definitely use her for subsequent events.
