I hired Creative Digital Enterprise to photograph my Annual Kentucky Derby Party on May 2, 2026, and unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. After the event, I had to reach out myself just to get an update on the status of my photos. The photographer told me that editing generally takes two weeks, but assured me I would have my photos within one week. That deadline came and went with no communication and no delivery. When I finally received the edited photos, they looked like basic filtered images with increased brightness rather than professionally edited photographs. I was also promised a short highlight video from the event, and after 23 days, I still have not received it. What makes this even more frustrating is that several attendees created and shared amazing highlight videos with music on their own phones and distributed them before the professional photographer delivered anything I paid for. I actually interviewed two other photographers before choosing Creative Digital Enterprise. What won me over was during the booking process, was the promise of this highlight video. The very type of video I still have not received from my own event. The other photographers seemed more focused on producing great photos. I regret not following my first instinct. What’s ironic is he was adamant about me (a lawyer) signing his contract. Well, 23 days later he still has not performed what was promised in the contract. Overall, this experience has been unprofessional, poorly communicated, and disappointing. I do not recommend this photographer. TRUST ME – do NOT hire this company.
We found ourselves in a tight spot needing a photographer for a grand opening of our business (a local luxury dog hotel). Trevinchi responded to my Thumbtack post immediately. He was propt (early, really), professional, attentive, and a true delight to work with. We will not have our full photos for another few weeks, but he promptly sent me a few images to choose from for our PR agency, and the images are FANTASTIC. I can't wait to see the rest of the gallery! We would absolutely hire him again for our area businesses needs.
It was a hectic morning but we accomplished what we wanted. Looking back is was smooth and I am grateful.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND! We booked him last minute for our wedding and I am so glad we did. He was professional and on time. We had an intimate wedding of about 30 guests and Trevinchi made sure to involve all of our guests. He really helped get the party started!! All of our guests raved about his positive and fun energy. The Photo Booth was a major hit and was so much fun. He was attentive and not only took a video but took beautiful and unique pictures of me and my husband. Trevinchi went above and beyond what our expectations were. Thank you so much!!

I'm still waiting for the completed photos to view for purchase, but the photographically experience was great. He blended right in, was on time, the photos that I specified I wanted him to take, were graciously handled. Very professional, polite and engaging. We will be hiring Tre for our next event.
He was very rude and nasty during the phone consult. Actually the rudest person I’ve encountered. I would never interrupt my client or potential client. He didn’t answer the questions and told me what I need. He challenged everything my fiancé and I said and was very disrespectful when I asked him questions. Kept interrupting me. I will never be asking him for anything photography related and i highly recommend anyone looking for a photographer don’t look for it with this guy.
If I could give 10 stars, I WOULD!!! Incredibly engaging and professional, went above and beyond what was asked, and even helped out with ideas for the event!
Trevon was amazing! He took many beautiful photos for us and put them all on a usb for us to keep! He made it so easy with mine and my husband busy schedule to get everything set up! It was so wonder and no stressful which all wedding plan is stressful enough! We had such an amazing day and it was perfected! :)
