Gigi did an amazing job. I was most impressed with his time management of the project! Overall, he was very honest and did quality work. I would definitely recommend him!
Excellent customer service, communication and professionalism throughout the entire process! Gigi went above and beyond to make sure our floors turned out great. Competitive quote and finished the job in a timely manner. Highly recommended!
Gigi is very honest and has top notch skills. When someone else gave me a measurement of 800 SF, he gave me 650. When someone proposed me a 3000 dollars he proposed 1700 and also gave a 700 dollar solution for alternative.
Gigi was quick to respond to my questions and to get the job done before the holidays! The rooms look great….wish I had refinished them sooner!
He did a great job. I added another room to the deal the day of and he accommodated without any issues. Nice guy. Did good quality work. I recommend him.
Gigi is amazing to work with. He's very knowledgeable and professional. I am sure nobody can beat his estimate/pricing, plus top notch work and no compromises in the quality. I've recommended him already and will definitely use him again for any flooring work. Thanks Gigi and team!
We had an EXCELLENT experience with Gigi and Creative Flooring Solutions. He and his colleague were punctual, paid great attention to detail, and our floors look like new. A few of our neighbors who've dropped by over the last few weeks actually asked us if we'd *replaced* our old wood floors! We told them that, no, they'd just been buffed and revarnished. Gigi was pleasant and responsive in his communication and we highly recommend this company!
Working with Gigi has been hands down the best experience working with any contractor in the city. Not only that, the quality and the attention to detail of his work are fantastic. The pictures you see in thumbtack are legit. Once you meet with him, you will find out how professional and easy he is to work with. 11/10 would rehire or recommend. At the very least, you would be doing yourself a disservice by not meeting with him. Very happy with his work.
Gigi was amazing to work with. He showed up every morning promptly, communicated his plan for the day to me and what the updates were and worked so hard to get our project done. I cannot recommend him enough and wish he had done the floors in our entire home. I would definitely recommend him. He's amazing at his craft and will be using him again
