Most responsive contractor I’ve ever worked with. We had a mess of a water damage situation and Ricky was with us every step of the way to remedy and get us back living in our home quickly. Wouldn’t hesitate to hire again.

Reviews
Ricky is amazing! Incredibly communicative, fast, professional, and transparent. He kept us posted on each step of the construction process and was quick to reply to email and quick to address any concerns. The only part of the experience we didn't like is that it appears he didn't have very clear communication with the crew who worked on the project. Things we'd explicitly agreed not to do ended up being done and had to be fixed later (we asked that the upstairs bathroom not be used, that the basement light didn't need fixing, that the cracked sill shouldn't be puttied etc., but his crew did those things to some frustration). However, the crew frustrations aside, the job itself turned out great--we had five ceilings and two rooms replaced with sheet rock. It was quality work that was finished in a reasonable time frame for a reasonable cost.
Ricky and the team were awesome to work with. While many other contractors passed on our job, these guys happily took on a pretty unsexy project (basement structural beam work) and treated us as if we were their most important customer. Contracts and work scopes were clear and well communicated, they showed up on time every day, shared frequent updates and photos via text and email, left the job site clean and well kept each evening, and were wonderfully attentive to all of our needs throughout the process. Overall, they were a pleasure to work with and made a pretty annoying project feel remarkably stress-free.
Almeida , chelsea ma I called rick for schedule a appointment, he confirmed the day and time with me , he did not show up or called , wast of time , waiting for him
Ricky and crew provided thoughtful, efficient, and professional service. Lots of communication throughout the project with transparency about costs and decisions. They worked quickly and always left the site in good condition. The outcome exceeded our expectations. Thank you guys!
Ricky and his team did a fantastic job identifying the source of a water leak in our condo building. They helped us resolve our problem within a matter of hours. I highly recommend them and will be calling them for future plumbing projects.
Excellent service, even though I didn’t hire them. Sensible quote and quick assessment. Will definitely call them when I need something in the future.
Ricky with crespo saved our Easter holiday! Our water heater broke Easter morning. Ricky and team were here within an hour, and completed the job in 45 minutes! They were so easy to work with and did a great job! I highly recommend them!
As a single person house owner its hard to do a complete bathroom gut. Ricky understood that and helped me prioritized different jobs in my house. The first of many, I hope, was the bathroom fixture update. Like any job on an old house, there were things we couldn't predict and Ricky helped me understand my options and cost. The bathroom looks great! Can't wait to start on the other projects!
Great team !
I had an emergency on Monday night and contacted Crespo construction. Ricky came out with his plumber, assessed the situation, gave me a quote that evening and came back that next morning and began work. The initial problem was fixed immediately and was much worse than expected. Ricky took photos of the work, damage, issue and resolution along the way, keeping me updated with exactly what the situation was each step of the way. We encountered several unexpected issues and ricky and his crew were able to solve them and stay within the quoted terms of the contract with minimal ease and discomfort to my family during the process. Ricky did such a good job, he began work on a second project in my home that with the same attention to detail and care as the first. Ricky is most honest, reliable, fair contractor I have worked with. I would recommend him for any job big or small in the future.
Ricky and his crew were top notch. Had my hot water heater replace at a very reasonable price. Ricky communicated very well and his team finished the job in under 45 minutes. Will definitely use them again for my home needs.
