Within 10 minutes I had a call from CR Flooring. My wife and I had to have it done on a Saturday, and they came out and got the job done quickly, professionally and most importantly with care. I would recommend CR flooring to anyone who has a busy schedule and needs a reliable company to work with.

Carlos was so helpful and assisted me in a pinch on a time crunch! He is amazing!
I had an emergency flooring situation and contacted CR Flooring along with two other contractors. CR Flooring was hands down the most knowledgeable, professional and accommodating contractor from the first meeting. The job was challenging, options were discussed along with a tight timeline. The outcome was stellar. They are absolutely my call for any future flooring needs and I’ve recommended them to friends and family. After the Holidays, we will work together again I feel sure. Thank you for a job completed that surpassed my expectations!
Carlos is the real deal! He came in and fixed our flooring in one day. He was quick, respectful and even fixed our bathtub caulking. Will definitely hire again for flooring.
I had a great experience with CR Flooring! I hired Carlos through Thumbtack to replace the carpet in one of my bedrooms with LVP, and he exceeded my expectations. He was prompt in coming out to take measurements and was able to start the work the very next day. He was professional, communicated well throughout the process, and the finished floor looks absolutely beautiful. I’m extremely happy with the quality of the work and how smoothly the entire process went. I would definitely recommend CR Flooring to anyone looking for quality flooring installation. Great work, great communication, and a beautiful result!
Excellent service, pricier than we were expecting, but worth it considering the efficiency!
Carlos repaired a number of tile that had cracked or become loose. In another area he also repaired grout that needed replacing. He is an expert at working with flooring and knew exactly what we needed to get the best results .
Excellent experience from start to finish. Carlos was highly responsive throughout the estimate process and provided a fair quote for the initial tile and grout repairs. Once the work began, he discovered additional problems with the subfloor. He took the time to clearly explain what he found, walked me through the recommended repairs, and provided a fair quote for the additional work before proceeding. Despite the unexpected additional repairs, Carlos completed the entire job in a single day. He was professional, knowledgeable, and clearly has a deep understanding of how tile work should be done correctly. I’m very happy with the quality of the work and would highly recommend him to anyone needing tile or grout repair.
Carlos of CR Flooring was very professional and responsive to our questions. He ensured that those areas near the tile work were protected and diligently addressed them.
Carlos did excellent work on the grout replacement and vanity installation for my bathroom
Javier @ CRFlooring has been more than reasonable in selecting the materials & responding to my requests on selection of materials & what areas I want the flooring replaced. I’ve chosen his company to complete the work replacing the bathroom cabinet, & reinstalling the flooring. I look forward to getting the project completed as soon as my insurance provider approves the project cost.
Carlos responded quickly, gave me a fair quote and worked late to finish the tile repair so that my Realtor could show our house the next day. Very pleased
Carlos was great with communication! He got the job done on time and we are happy with the look.
Carlos was extremely responsive and helpful when I reached out about the project. He assessed the project (water damaged floor) and helped us find a solution that would be efficient and cost effective. The work itself was impeccable. I would hire Carlos again for another project for sure.
Cesar was great since day one. Came in, did an amazing job, and then left. very friendly
Kept in touch Approachable regarding future work Left work area clean , removing work debris.
Carlos did a great job on a tile repair after we experienced below-the-slap pipe issues. He was quick with a response, was able to repair within 24 hours, and arrived on time. He and his partner did an excellent job clearing out the damaged tile and pointed out some incorrect repairs that had occurred during the previous owners' renovation. He explained the process of the repair, was able to perfectly match grout, and even answered some other flooring and home repair questions I had about other sections of our house. Very personable and friendly and was patient with our senior dog. Would recommend.
Awesome work, will use again!
Carlos reached out shortly after I submitted the request and was able to arrive within 2 hours to complete the work as requested. We also discussed additional projects that I thought would be needed at a later. After the initial work was completed and submitting photos to a requesting third party, I determined I needed the additional work done much sooner. Carlos was able to come back the same day to finish the additional work at a fair price.
Carlos helped us get our carpet removed, got the floor leveled and installed the gym flooring mats, everything was completed quickly and he did a great job and answered all of our questions and concerns. We will be hiring him for future projects
