Phil and his team showed up ready to work even though I thought they were just reviewing the job to make sure the scope didn't change! They did great work and would definitely recommend.

*Update* They returned and did the best they could to improve it. They didn’t even realize how bad this looks. They blamed it on the previous contractor. But that’s why I hired them to make it look right and it doesn’t. They put black screws in my siding, they should be white.
Great communication!! Quality work! Before and after pics!
If I could give minus 5 stars, I would. He screwed up my siding, used the wrong color and size, put nails in my shingles, left my fascia wide open, didn't replace the J Channels around my windows but instead tried to slap on plastic around them. I've had to hire another contractor to fix his damages to my roof plus fix the damages to the siding and fascia. Not sure how he's gotten decent reviews because he should be in court facing a lawsuit for what he did to my house!!!! Seriously, be warned! He tried to charge me $1400 for this. Won't come and see your house to give you a professional quote either, he just wants you to send photos. Please do NOT use this guy.
I hired this contractor to caulk cracks in my cement siding but the work was sloppy and unprofessional. He missed several areas and tried to upsell me on replacing all the siding. I had to hire a painting company to complete the job. They said I should ask for a refund instead I requested they complete the job satisfactory. Definitely wouldn't recommend.
Would not hire again,, only because I went up on the roof to make sure what was going on ,, He did not write up a detailed quote, Did not inspect the site before setting a price ... puts pressure saying he is on his way with the crew and material... not profesional... when discussing his work ,, is like he didn't understand English... (pretended?).... got his check and drove off, without even a thank you! Thumbtack should police more their data base... There are a lot of opportunistic "pros" out there!
Came out to get the measurements, saw that rain is in the forecast, decided to complete today, great job, friendly. I recommend this company. Thank you Phil.
They were incredible. They did the work quickly and on time even though the repair was much more complicated than we thought. Their price was fair and I got pictures of the progress throughout the day. Would definitely hire again
This was given a $950 estimate. I went and priced material already it’s less than $50 bucks. Why even opt to be a part of this app if you are not going to take the process seriously.
I needed some projects done to my house and Criciuma Construction was the answer. If you are looking for quick work that is done well look no further! These guys are on top of it and do great work. They also fixed multiple parts on the exterior that had rot.
