The rep who was sent out could not have done a poorer job. He did not care to listen about the problem I have. Didn’t care to look around and yet gave me an estimate of $6-10k. Found someone else who was able to approach my situation with empathy, looked at the problem and is now doing the job for me. For a much more reasonable fee. Still pricey, but reasonable. Turns out, my issue is not as bad as your rep imagined, based on prejudice against the disabled, is my best guess. I have been dealing with service personnel on home issues and repairs for almost 30 years. Never have I been condescended to and treated so poorly at any other time in my adult life. I wouldn’t let your company help me for free after such treatment. Sometimes, in the course of human events, people fall on hard times. My own is due to decades of poor health due to an autoimmune disease finally getting the better of me a few years ago. My health did not cause this problem around my home. Do not contact this company unless your life is running perfectly, because I see similar treatment ahead for others in a bad spot. I would suggest that other people who reach out for professional help with a problem around their home - their life is not running completely smoothly at the time. By definition. I was going to let this go, but I keep getting asked by your company for a review. This is your third ask. And this is my honest review.
I would highly recommend Critter Stop. Every person I came in contact with Geovany, Phillip, Adrian and Jacob was punctual, professional and work quality was great. This company actually did a walk-through of the outside as well as the attic. They took pictures of all possible entryways from the roof to the base of the house and in the attic during initial walk-through. After I hired them, they kept me informed of the process, sealed all entry points they showed pictures of what they had done. They monitored the attic and set traps to make sure no visitors for a few weeks. Any issues I can give them a call. They did an awesome job.
The team is awesome, had some raccoons in the attic. They came out the next day and gave us a plan, through out the process, I was able to keep in contact with them and provide updates and if anything needs attention they will send someone out the same day. It took a few weeks to get them out of my house but at the end it was worth it.
Critter stop was on time, went above and beyond helping me get out a family of bunnies under my deck. And then sealed it up. Excellent work.
