Be on time. Even with a window that they provide they should at least let the customer know they are running late. I have tenants and they were waiting as well. Now i have to figure out another time and date for them to be available. Not using this company

Tracie and her team did an excellent job boarding up my attic window and making sure the squirrels were out. The squirrels were having a field day going in and out of my attic.They even placed a cap on my roof to keep any rodents from going in. Thank you Tracie!

I had a great experience with Critter Craze Control. They helped remove a raccoon from my attic and were very thorough throughout the entire process. The technician also surveyed both the attic and the roof to check for any additional holes or damage, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. After I initially reached out, a technician was sent out the very next day. They identified the issue and returned the following day with the correct size ladder to complete the roof repair, even during extremely windy weather. I really appreciated their dedication to getting the job done safely and correctly. The pricing was extremely fair, and Tracey stayed in constant contact with me throughout the entire process, keeping me updated and answering my questions. Overall, the service was professional, responsive, and reliable. I would definitely recommend them to anyone dealing with wildlife issues in their home.
There is a consistent lack of respect for customers’ time, with poor communication and frequent no-shows. The reason for my service request was never addressed. During one of the visit, the service provider caused my bathroom ceiling fan to detach, leaving the ceiling cracked while in the attic. Requested a follow up and was promised to repair and given a date to come by and have not heard from her since.

I sent a message at 5:39 am and received an call back at 5:52 am. They were out at 9am sharp . Very professional through and knowledgeable about raccoons squirrels etc. Trapped the raccoon and patched up the problems and all potential problems. Thanks Tracy
ms. tracie & team came out the SAME DAY I called for help!! a bad odor in the basement turned out to be a decaying animal under my front porch :( they were able to identify many openings under my steps and helped seal them right up. they worked very efficiently to get the project done in ONE DAY! I’m very thankful I got this done before winter comes along. they were awesome to work with and they GOT THE JOB DONE! 🙌🏽
Unfortunately had bad experience with this company so wouldn’t recommend. At first as a woman the owner Tracie seemed to be a very nice person I liked and trusted her so that’s why I hired her. But as a professional she really disappointed me. Always being late, not replying to text messages so I had to text couple times to get answer. And ended up not coming to the last appointment to finish what they promised and never texted. For what they really did I wouldn’t pay even 200$ but she charged me 2200$ and didn’t even finish what she promised. First appointment she was showing me everything she will do and told me she will do her best to make it unnoticeable. And I’ll attach photos so you can see how “unnoticeable and beautiful” the work is. If you want your house to look like that plus get overcharged and at the end don’t get even close result of what was promised-feel free to hire this company. I’m very understanding person and try to give a lot of chances but here even I am tired of this irresponsibility, unprofessionalism and charging money for nothing. Asked for a refund and of course no answer. We all make mistakes it’s ok, but I don’t understand when people are not taking responsibility for their mistakes. Now I have to hire a real professional to redo everything they did. Thank you!
I am an out of town landlord I trusted the “Awesome Team”at Critter Craze Control to get rid of Rodents,ant & roaches at my rental home job well done. From the attic all the way down to the crawl space!
Can’t say enough about Critter Craze. They are thorough, friendly and extremely professional. We had a mouse problem and they did an extensive search inside and outside of the house to see where the mice were and where they might have been coming in, set traps and then blocked any areas where the mice could enter. Price was great too! I highly recommend them and would definitely hire them again
