Vance was very rude and short with me. Rather than asking any additional questions, he simply presumed that his agency’s work is “outside of my budget” Extremely poor customer service and communication.

Vance did a great job redesigning my website, recommending which platforms are best and most versatile to work with, and helped me with search engine optimization. I will be using him again in the future as I expand online offerings.

Vance was fantastic to work with from beginning to end. His background in the arts as well as his advertising experience perfectly fit my needs for a website re-do. One artist to another— he made sure he was clear about my vision of representing my artwork. He communicated regularly and answered any & all of my questions. He also designed a superb logo for me. I highly recommend his services.

Wow! Vance is amazing. He is with you every step of the way and provides many ideas and is an awesome educator...I was worried about the hand off of my site and he has helped a ton! Super responsive and I could have not asked for anything better. A very genuine man and company...thank you for making my dream become a reality!

Mr Vance Klein is one of greatest professionals. He knows his profession and a very wise person I have ever met in my life. Even a client takes all his time, Vance is never discouraged with that person. I was lucky for choosing him. Vance is a person that you can trust. Do not be afraid to release to his all the informations over the phone. He is a manof character.

Vance was amazing to work with. Once we spoke on the phone and he answered all of my questions I knew i had the right guy for the job. He is very personable, very knowledgeable, and helped me tremendously. He even recommended me to a print shop that gave me amazing rates to complete my print job!

Vance has been great. He gave it to me straight, which is always appreciated. As with any designer, there is room for miscommunication - Vance has minimized this and truly exhibitions the ideas and principles behind my company to create a wonderful and functional website.

Vance exceeded my expectations in every way. He is very professional and available at short notice when needed. He created an amazing logo that is not only memorable, but really represents the brand. The landing page he created for my website turned out to be more sophisticated than I imaged, and I truly cannot wait to work with Vance in the near future to complete my website in its entirety. I would recommend Vance in a heartbeat, and I thank Vance for his great work, time and support.

I hired Crosscheck Designs to build my website. Vance told me from the first conversation that he understood what I wanted and that he would do an excellent job. I thought that could be a sales pitch but I had read some of his previous reviews and the other websites that he had designed so I hired him. Not only did he do an excellent job, he did it at a great price and he did it in less than a week. Furthermore, there were no design or implementation issues at all and he never needed to reach out to someone or customer service. The entire process - from inception to going live went flawlessly and could not have been easier. It is obvious that he is a seasoned professional and I highly recommend Vance. I only wish that I had found him earlier.

When we started looking for a graphic design artist. Vance was the first person to contact me and as soon as I finished speaking with him I knew he would be the person to do business with.Vance was professional and provided everything and more than what we agreed on.We needed a wedding magazine done in one week and Vance assured us he could do the job. We met and discussed the job and like he promised the next day we had previews to look at and make any changes we wanted. Vance never hesitated to change or accommodate any request we had. He was truly easy to do business with.Vance checked in with us daily to make sure we were all on the same page. He kept us informed about all that was happening, he even went to the printer to make sure they were shipping our package in time so we could have it, and within six days our magazine was done printed and shipped back to us. Now even though I knew it would be lovely I can't tell you how pleased we are of the finished product.Vance you are the best at what you do we are so pleased with your work and it was truly a pleasure doing business with you. We highly recommend you to a everyone.Great Job Vance Klein of Crosscheck Designs!

I needed a Graphic Artist and Illustrator for my new magazine "SKII Magazine, There's No Limits To Reaching The Top" desperately. I put an ad on the website looking for someone with the knowledge and a list of qualified people were given to me to contact. After going through numerous contacts and found a lot of people to be quite disappointing, finally a list of 3 more people popped up on the website and one of the people happened to be Vance Klein. I contacted the woman on the list. Left a message and no returned call. I contacted the other male on the list and found him to be quite expensive and I truly didn't feel comfortable speaking to him. Finally I contacted Vance Klein. Vance Klein returned my call immediately. I was in a slump. I thought my magazine was ruined because I needed someone professional to do the graphic and designs for my magazine and Vance answered my prayers. He was soft spoken and made me feel at ease. Of course it helped with his experience too. Vance Klein saved my magazine. He is a great Graphic Artist and Designer. I have had nothing but raved reviews about my magazine in comparison to my very first issue of SKII Magazine which was done by a friend. Vance has been with me as a graphic Artist and Designer since September. I love his work. I love his experience of doing this type of job and I love the compassion he shows towards my magazine and towards my feelings as to how I want my magazine displayed.. Thank you for allowing me to express my feelings about Vance Klein. Everyone should be as great as Vance Klein. I would recommend him with high praises to anyone. Everyone should experience Vance kleins expertise. I do, and I'm willing to share him.
