I offer virtual-only Christian counseling and life coaching, serving clients wherever you are located. If you are specifically looking for in-person sessions, I’m not the right fit, as all my work is done online. My approach is Christ-centered and grounded in Scripture. I walk with you through real suffering, listening carefully to your story, your circumstances, and your heart before applying biblical truth and encouragement. I consider the whole person—spiritual and physical—and recognize how family dynamics, trauma, addictions, habits, and health can shape your struggles without defining your identity in Christ. I aim to come alongside you and your local church, not replace it, offering thoughtful, compassionate support rooted in faith. I provide a free 20-minute consultation to see if we’re a good fit, and I offer discounts and a sliding scale for services.

I started working with Cody a month or so ago. Initially, I was hesitant but now can’t imagine going thru a divorce after 35 years from a narcissist without him guiding me along the way.
My husband Mike and I have just completed a course of counseling with Cody and we both valued his expertise so much and he definitely enriched our marriage and taught us about how to understand each other's love languages and also very importantly each other's true essences. My husband had previously experienced counseling and he absolutely thought that Cody was the best he ever had and so we both gladly highly recommend his excellent services.
Cody has been such a blessing to my family. He has been patient with us, and guided us to a path that I thought we were so far gone from. He challenged us to listen to each other and actually do our homework. Before his help I knew I was headed straight for divorce and now I know there’s hope for my family. So grateful for him!
I would love to work with Crossroads but the parents feel the child is too immature to work on line. I didn't see the information about Crossroads working from Montana or I would not have reached out. However, Cody was helpful to me as an involved adult and he spent quality time chatting with me. I wish we could utilize his services.

What can I say? Cody is a man of God! he helped restore my marriage and family after being separated and away from them eight months. Though I came to meet Cody at the four month mark of my separation, I have no doubt had I found him early on we would have reconciled sooner. I’m eternally grateful that God allowed me the opportunity to meet Cody, I still counsel with him weekly one on one for my personal growth and development. Cody was great for me, but I have chose to go with a provider that is local to me for in office visits. Once again I think Cody was great and would have continued if we were in the same state.
The first time I met with Cody, my marriage was a mess & my husband & I were on opposite ends of the spectrum. After just a few sessions with Cody, my marriage has taken a turn for the better & for once, my husband & I are on the same page, supporting one another & most of all..being intentional about our love for each other. Cody with his God given wisdom, relatability & wit saved our marriage & we’re both excited to continue to this journey together with Cody’s perspective & knowledge. We can’t thank him enough for pouring into our marriage.

Working with Cody has been a wonderful experience. I had never participated in counseling before and was hesitant at first. Cody has made me feel comfortable in sharing my problems. He has given me spiritual guidance without being judgmental. He also has a great ability to show compassion. I look forward to our talks every Thursday and will be sad when they eventually will end. I highly recommend Cody to anyone who is going through a difficult time. Plus his pricing is very reasonable!
We have yet to work together however I look forward to working with him soon. He is very easy to talk to, and will be a great fit for our family! He is genuine, experienced and knowledgeable. We will be utilizing his services for both family and individual counseling. It can be really hard to find a good fit and I'm very grateful that we have found one!
Wife insisted on premarital counseling. Contacted several but Cody aka Crossover had the personality we connected with and he was the best decision we ever made. He has helped us through common sense, experience and most importantly Bible based counseling. He tells it like it is without be condescending or critical. We are happily married now and more in sync than ever before. Cody has gotten us to a good place so much so we are continuing counseling to make what is good even better. Crossover Counselling and Enrichment is a Counselling service that is enlightening and advising that is beneficial to one’s life situation. He gets to know u and this leads to guidance that is helpful. He truly listens, and give feedback that you know that he heard what u were communicating to him. He is very down to earth and there is a level of comfort, that he is easy to talk to. I recommend him wholeheartedly to anyone who needs counseling and support for any reason !
Cody was very professional, open-minded and attentive to my situation. His ability to listen and understand my situation provided me with ideas and suggestions that I was unable to resolve on mind own. His reasonability and his ability to remain objective is exactly the type of counseling that I needed. You can choose from many counselors on the website. However, if you want the RIGHT type of counseling, Cody is the person you will definitely want to speak with.
