I had been scammed by several contractors and was desperate. Santiago came to my rescue! It was mid job and I had no idea what had been done and what hadn't. I asked him to just, figure it out? AND HE DID!! He got various professionals to come (plumber, carpenter, etc) and my job was back to progressing along. Santiago was very available when I'd call or text and he was understanding of my limited availability at work. He learned the details I cared about and which ones I didn't. For the ones I didn't, I was very happy w all the decisions he made for me. I will continue to use Santiago every chance I get!!

I paid the agreed price of $427 upfront for installation. When it was time for removal, he was asking for $50 extra and sent me texts harassing me. Dishonest!

Santiago helped me prepare my home for selling it. I usually do these things myself, but I’m really grateful I hired a professional. If plaster and filling holes and repairing doors is an art then Santiago is a Michelangelo. I would definitely hire him and his crew again.

Installed 2 cabinets above our washer/dryer. Finished in about 1.5 hours. Also installed handles, one slightly uneven from the other but hardly noticeable. Otherwise, looks great and would hire again!
