I’m happy with the work done on our garage renovation! We hired them to build a small office inside our garage, and the entire project turned out great. The project involved much more than just building the office. They installed a sliding door entrance, insulated the office walls, relocated our washer and dryer to the other side of the garage, and handled all of the necessary plumbing and electrical work. They also installed a portable A/C for the new office and ran the exhaust duct through the crawl space, which worked perfectly for our setup. They also added shelving to the laundry area, making the space much more organized and functional. Everything came together beautifully, and I’m very happy with the final results. The new office looks great, and the garage and laundry area are much more functional now. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a contractor for a home renovation or similar project!

Cruz responded promptly to an urgent repair we needed (on a Saturday) and was fast and thorough!
Eric was quick to respond and diagnosed the issue very fast. Howard then came out and repaired the broken irritation pipe. Very happy with Cruz & Co

They provided excellent service. They hydro-jetted my 25-ft kitchen drain and also performed a camera inspection. The work was done professionally, efficiently, and they explained everything clearly. They were also courteous and gave me a great discount. I’m very happy with the service and would definitely recommend them to others.
Excellent service! Very responsive and helpful —Team came out quickly same day to fix our bathroom drain, and even helped fix another unexpected issue in the kitchen. Thanks again!
Cruz heped fix plumbing issue with slow drain. He was on time and explained exactly what the issue was
Highly recommend the team at Cruz Capital Concierge! Eric was professional, honest, and respectful from start to finish. I originally hired him for one plumbing job, but after seeing the quality of his work, I had him complete several more projects around the house. He even took his shoes off before entering our carpeted bedroom without being asked, which showed how much he respected our home. His pricing was fair and transparent, he communicated clearly, completed everything on time, and the quality of his work was outstanding. It’s rare to find someone this trustworthy and dependable. I’ll definitely be using Cruz Capital Concierge again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality service.
I hired Cruz to repipe my entire house that was built in 1968, and to install a water filtration system as well as a new tankless water heater. They were very flexible and did a fantastic job of communicating with us every step of the way. High quality workmanship that I definitely would recommend! A+ service provider!
CRUZ and the team delivered as promised! Working with Eric was a great experience. I hired CRUZ for my bathroom remodel, which included adding a new standing shower downstairs and complete copper repiping. Eric took care of everything from the architecture to city permits and approvals at every phase, delivering the project on time and without any hiccups. What I liked most about Eric is that he is straightforward and delivers the project as committed per the *agreement.
Had to come back and repair his work that was done incorrectly but other than that, he did a good job.
Cruz was very respectful, responsive, friendly and did great work. If and when I need a plumber again I will definitely use him in the future.
I initially had a good experience with this plumbing company. They helped unclog my grandmother’s shower several times and were professional at the beginning. Unfortunately, over the last six months the service became very unreliable. The owner, Eric, repeatedly told me he would arrive at a specific time but would not show up. On multiple occasions I contacted him and he assured me he would be at my grandmother’s home, yet he never arrived. What concerned me the most was when two young workers showed up at my grandmother’s house at around 8:00 PM with no notice while it was dark and she was home alone. This was completely unprofessional and uncomfortable, especially considering she is elderly. Reliability and communication are extremely important when you’re trusting someone to come to a family member’s home. Unfortunately, based on our recent experiences, I would not recommend this company if you are looking for dependable service.
Made scheduling very difficult, by not showing up for agree upon times and only providing updates when I reached out. They pushed the appointment twice and Then were hours late for the last try, so I eventually canceled.
I hired Cruz to replace a bath faucet. I was impressed with his responsiveness, customer services and quality of workmanship. I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.
I called Cruz to fix my faucet and angle valve stop. He knocked it out in a timely manner and did a nice job. Thank you!
Cruz was super responsive and very competitively priced. Others were trying to overcharge given the project deadline and Cruz worked with me and even did some extra work while he was there. Would absolutely recommend.
We initially contacted Cruz for a plumbing emergency, which turned out to require a complete replacement of the house’s main water line. During the process, we also decided to renovate our bathroom. Overall, we had a very positive experience working with Cruz and his team. They were patient, detail-oriented, and delivered high-quality workmanship. The only area for improvement would be clearer and more consistent timeline management.
