The person who contacted me through Thumbtack never showed up or contacted me. I made a second appointment by calling Portlandscaping directly. The person who came seemed to know very little about electrical circuits or sprinkler systems and sent me to purchase new solenoids that were not needed. I ended up fixing the problem myself by tracing a ground wire that was disconnected.

Sebastian and his Crew were a pleasure to work with. Sebastian was the first to respond, he started my job within two days and finished within the same week. My flower garden is gorgeous and has drawn the attention of many in the neighborhood. I picked the type of flowers I wanted and both Sebastian and I shopped for them. Sebastian and I decided where the flowers would go; and, Sebastian used his knowledge to make sure the project was done correctly for the flowers to grow and last their best. I highly recommend Sebastian and his Crew. They built my garden from an uneven hill of weeds.
Great experience. Team did excellent work. Would hire again
Scammers. Overcharging for a service that was not at all worth it. Rushed job.
Sebastian was quick to respond, arrived early and gave great feedback regarding my sprinkler system and the work needed in my lawn/yard.
Sebastian & his team were nothing short of amazing to work with. They were very meticulous & slow with the work, never rushing anything. He listened to my wants & always did what I requested. We will 100% be using him in the future. If you want a reliable, trustworthy & talented landscaper - he is your guy. Thanks Seb! See you soon
We had the best experience with Sebastian and his team. Transformed our backyard to an oasis! Our backyard is ready for hostung a party. Great communication, responsive, and completed the project as promised. Will be reaching out to them when we're ready to work on our front yard. Great job guys!!
They did a terrific job clearing all of the weeds and laying down a new layer of mulch nuggets. They were quick, professional, and friendly!
We had a tremendous experience with Sebastian and his team. The work was absolute quality and we are very happy with the final outcome. Anyone looking for projects this spring should look to hire Sebastian above other contractors. Highlights were: - Fair price / transparency - Quality of the work, output exceeded expectations - Proactive suggestions - Sebastian took upon himself to create suggestions on plants / gravel and other materials which expedited the process
Sebastian and his crew are VERY hard workers. Sebastian is quick to respond to requests and is very punctual. Our yard and garden look beautiful!
I hired Sebastién’s team to remove grass and grade pathways, lay down landscape weed blocker, and spread 1/4 minus crushed rock in the pathways. He was prompt, professional, and gave me advice about what type of rocks to use. The whole project was done in 2 days of on-site work. Would recommend! (First pic is before with dirt paths; second pic is his work)
My whole yard looks so awesome. Exactly what I asked for. He really listened to me. Highly recommend them.
They were much better than a previous lawn care service I hired. Very pleased with them. Looking forward to continuing to work with them
Clean up was great, although several of my landscaping lights got broken in the process, as well as some of my garden art pieces.
I’m hoping to be able to add photos when job is complete, but I’m so impressed with how quickly Sebastian and team have been able to help get me in the right direction with… a mess of a backyard. Once they are done, I’m 100% convinced I’ll be much happier to look at it all winter! Sebastian asked the right questions and has offered great suggestions to help reduce the maintenance needed.
Fast and thorough, did a good job and very pleasant crew.
Sebastian and his crew arrived on time and did everything I had asked him for. Work quality was great. I will definitely hire him for my next project.
I would hire Sebastián without hesitation. He was very professional and prompt.
Sebastian has been a pleasure to work with to get our project started.
