Extremely unprofessional and unreliable. We reached out three separate times to confirm our appointment, and each time they reassured us they would show up. We clearly explained that we run an Airbnb and that the hot tub is a key amenity for our guests. On the day of the appointment, they waited until 4 PM to text and say they couldn’t come at all - completely last minute. No call, no proactive notice, nothing. I could have called a different vendor if they couldn’t make it. This left us scrambling and resulted in a loss of about $600 in revenue. What’s worse is there was zero effort to make things right - no offering a solution, no accountability. If you rely on your service providers to show up and communicate , I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

I cannot say enough about Chris and his team--they were attentive, very thorough in explaining what was going on and what would be needed to correct the problem, and then in providing the solution. Friendly, courteous, honest, and extremely fair in their pricing. I highly highly highly recommend him.!!!

Untrustworthy. Very pushy did not provide even a written contract or receipts. Workers provided poor work and the owner is sneaky and will try and charge extra for everything. Their tile work had to be redone a few times and still never turned out great. The pebble sheen the installed ended up being very coarse and rough and uneven. They got tile grout all over my coping and refused to clean it off. I paid them to hook up all my pool equipment and they burned out my sheer descent light and never Hooked up the temp sensor or the auto pool fill. Once I brought these things up to him he argued and eventually just ignored me and never took care of any of it. STAY AWAY
Christian was prompt, and did a great job removing and replacing our pool pump. He also explained the setup and operation of the variable speed pump.
we needed our jacuzzi spa cleaned and advice on how to maintain it .crystal pool contacted me within 5 minutes after i submitted my request. jose showed up that afternoon,he was friendly and took the time to explain how my spa system worked and did a great job cleaning it. i will be using them again when i need spa service.

Didnt show first appt. texted him 11 min after he was to show up and said he had a cold. Okay for one time. New appt. texted him 20 min after he was to show and he said he had car trouble find someone else. Not the way to run a business I would ever recommend.
