I’m updating my review one year later. Crystal View installed our pool. Communication was rocky from the start, and we had to follow up multiple times before getting a response to our concerns. Now, just one year later, our pool liner has ripped. We reached out by text and email because we were told it was guaranteed, but we’ve received no response. They start off nice, but their follow-up and customer service have been very disappointing.

Jack and Colton were great! Professional, responsive and great detail to the job! Highly recommend!
Colton and Jack were AMAZING!! They did such a great job, my pool is all set thanks to them. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM AND THEIR SERVICES!! Very Satisfied customer here!! THANK YOU AGAIN GUYS!!
Commutation could be better. They installed the structure of the pool in a day but they never finished installing the filter for the pool. They informed me that they’d return mutiple times and after two weeks of not hearing back, I had to find someone else to finish the job.
Crystal View pools went above and beyond. They took there time with the measurements. Made sure everything was level and professionally put together. Great group of guys! Thanks Crystal Clear pools. My family and I have been enjoying pool ever since!

I can’t say enough positive things about my experience with Crystal view pools today 5/4/25. They did an excellent job with my pool installation and were very professional!!
Jack and his team were great, very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. The work was exactly what we wanted, they knew what they were doing and we didn't have to ask them to adjust anything. They performed the exact work we asked them for. Their pricing was also quite reasonable when compared to other offers. Would definitely recommend them again and hire them for any future needs.
Jack and his crew did an excellent job putting up my 21’ above ground pool. We were very impressed by their efficiency and attention to detail. Definitely recommend!
