Unprofessional. I set up an appointment at an agreed to coffee shop, I texted I was on my way, and when I arrived I sat for 25 minutes with no response. Finally got a text that he couldn’t make it on time and would be 20 more minutes. I left. I’m a business person with alot of responsibilities, and very limited time. I wasted at least an hour driving and sitting. This complete lack of respect for my time, and schedule is not only rude, it’s highly unprofessional. Don’t waste your time with this person.

Pro was able to address complex issues and advise me on possible solutions.
Scott called me promptly to my laptop issue. We planned for him to pick up the lap top on Saturday. He never called , or texted on Saturday . Wasted my time. I would not hire Scott for anything. Thumbs down
He got right back to me and had the problem fixed the next day!
Unbelievably helpful even coming back to ensure everything was working perfectly. I will always call him for help in the future.
Scott was wonderful! He came the same afternoon and went above and beyond for us. I highly recommend him for services of this kind.
Highly recommend Scott. Knowledgeable and got the job done within the specified timeframe
Great job adding a LAN drop for my TV. Arrived on time, knew what he was doing and did it quickly. Cable run in the wall so it’s invisible. No mess left behind. Polite and personable. Great resource for network and computer projects. Will use again. Reasonable rates.
Scott arrived on time, he was responsive to my every question. He had the background to answer my questions.
Set up a point to point internet bridge, called multiple places and he is the only guy in tie. With those skills. Works like a dream and was very quick and responsive. Highly recommend
