Hired this company to do a ceiling repair after a water leak and to replace worn wood beams over my front porch. Though the ceiling repair was fine, we had to request that his men redo the painting of our living room ceiling; they had only painted the repaired section and not the entire ceiling, which was a differnt color from the original. Even after the redo, paint lines are uneven. They also broke one of the tiles in my bathroom while completing work. The second component of the job was to make repairs and replace worn beams with new beams. Instead, we were charged for labor of taking the porch and told we would need to pay additional for new materials though that was what the quote proposal included. This was an expensive job and honestly it did not acheive the desired results. Much of the work has and will need to be done over. Beware. I'm including some photos reflective of the work done (these are after the work was completeted).

Reached out the middle of August they never got back to me even though I reached back out they said they would they still haven’t.
Someone dropped the ball. Was supposed to have a video call at 5PM. Still no word at 8PM. Bad communication before a project has started is never a good sign of things to come.
Framing for installation of vent-free gas fireplace: The initial visit with Cheddi was refreshing! He listened, ensured he understood our expectations and was transparent about cost and schedule drivers associated with the project. Overall, highly professional and a pleasant experience. We look forward to receiving the estimate. Update: We received the estimate within 24 hours of the initial meeting. It was reasonable and we proceeded with contracting for the work. The work was scheduled to begin within 2 business days. It required 2 contractors (framing/roofing and paint/caulk) and completed in less than 72 hours. The entire project was completed within a week of our initial meeting. Seeing as this follows a four month saga with a different GC who ultimately did not complete the project according to specs and refused to offer a reasonable solution, we are thrilled with the work. We've also begun discussion about a second project.
They replaced a shower door for me, and the work was excellent. I would recommend them to anyone.
