Pros This event was a BOD lunch meant to feed 25-30 ppl. She arrived on time. She set-up. She adhered to the allergy requests. The food was delicious. Cons The portions were very small. The fact that I had to order other food, alone is a reason for the rating. But I do have more: I was told by Celine, that I should have told her that my group eats heartily. I’ve never had a chef tell me- I should tell them the appetite size of the clients/customers. I asked for Tea, Sparkling Water, and regular water. I ended up with 6 bottles of green diet tea(?) 20 bottles of water and 10 cans of LaCroix. I never said anything about diet- or green tea. The selection seemed like an after thought and she used what was laying around. Lastly, it was pretty clear I was upset (composed and professional the entire time) there was no way that would be enough food to feed my group. Her response. “I didn’t skimp on the portions”. Not a single time did she apologize, or ask what she could do to make it better. She did offer to take the regular size plates away and just leave the dessert plates. Obviously I didn’t opt for that. I’ve had this lunch catered 4 times a year for the last 3 years (not to mentioned other catered events in general). Never have I experienced this. I paid over $800. For how many this served, and what was provided, I was disappointed.

The Cranberrie sauce was a little too tart. No one ate it. Otherwise her Thanksgiving dinner was a big hit with my guests!

Chef Celine was lovely to work with. A great communicator and really tried to meet our needs. I threw an 80th Birthday party for my mother. It was such a pleasure to sit down with the family, be served, have the dishes and pans washed and dried. She would give an explanation for the food and serve the various courses. She provided some very unique food options that we had never had before. The moussaline was amazing! Celine came prepared and went right to work! The main course (Dover Sole) was cooked perfectly, however everyone found it to be quite bland. Not bad, just very bland. With the exception of the main course everything else was perfect. I would definitely hire her again!

My daughter and I had so much fun cooking with Celine. She's easy to work with and extremely skilled. My daughter has diet restrictions due her health and we feel that we have more, better options for meals after working with Celine.

Celine was very professional from the beginning. It was a pleasure working with her and planning for the night. She arrived on time and immediately went to work. The dinner was delicious, we enjoyed every course. I will definitely hire Celine for our next event.
