Kris with Custom Designation was absolutely fantastic to work with! She kept the entire project moving quickly and made the whole process stress-free. She went above and beyond to track down hard-to-find materials and stayed on top of every detail from start to finish. Her communication and professionalism were outstanding. The installation team at LC Flooring also did an amazing job. Their craftsmanship and attention to detail really show, and our new floors turned out beautiful. We couldn’t be happier with the entire experience and highly recommend both Kris and the LC Flooring team!

Great work! Once the material came in, they were able to demo and reinstall new carpet within a couple hours.
They did an amazing job! Chris is the best. Very attentive and they get things done very quickly. Highly recommend
Chris was extremely communicative and Lorenzo did a wonderful job installing the new floor and tile.
Working with Chris and her team was a pleasure from Day 1. She brought many samples over and helped us pick the perfect wood to use. Very responsive and her contractor was courteous, communicative and finished in light speed time. Highly recommend!
Great experience. Great design ideas. Excellent workmanship.
My husband and I were very happy with our new flooring with Custom Designs! Chris Gilmore was very patient, knowledgable, and professional and the installers were terrific too! The price was very reasonable and the quality of the flooring is great! So happy with the results and would definitely use Custom Designs in the future for any of our flooring needs!
Chris’s communication and responsiveness was fantastic, her customer service sets her apart from the beginning. Her knowledge and experience made her the perfect partner to bring my vision to life. And thank you to Angel for the impeccable installation!
Best decision ever! Chris was so great to work with in picking out our floors. Lorenzo and team did such a great job and worked very quickly to get the job done considering we had two floors and stairs included. Would definitely hire them again!
This was such a great company to work with. The value of the product is phenomenal. Their carpets are very soft and the vinyl is absolutely gorgeous!!!!!! I cant say enough positive things about Chris!!! She was patient and walked me through everything they were going to do and so much more!
I was a part of the new build community and it was going to cost a fortune to upgrade the floors. I reached out to Custom Design and it cost half the price! I came in to look at the floorings they had, scheduled a date to drop the floors off, and scheduled the dates for the floors to be put in. They were flexible with fitting me in and on time. The crew did a great job on the floors. I get compliments all of the time! And now I’m working with them on inputting an accent wall using their Stikwood products!
What a great experience! They started the job exactly on time and finished our entire home in less than 3 days including demolition, prep, and installation. The job came out amazing. I would highly recommend Custom Design for your flooring needs.
