I think the English language is a barrier. It's difficult agreeing on price for work, method of payment, and even at what time the work will be performed. Patience is required.

Comelio was outstanding and went above and beyond to help us. My husband is recovering from bladder cancer surgery and we needed someone who could help us quickly because our garden was so overgrown with weeds. Comelio helped us and hauled away all the debris leaving both our front and backyard so clean and manageable. He offered to come back again next week to help us with moving rocks and soil. If you are looking for someone who is kind, punctual, and has a superior work ethic, we highly recommend Comelio Velasquez, and will continue to work with him. He also charges a fair price, which matters to seniors like ourselves.
Excellent front & backyard job. Pleasant & professional. I will definitely be using their services again.
Cornelio, did an amazing job cleaning my back yard. The grass was overgrown and dead leaves were every where. The quality of the work he is a doing is unmatched. He pays attention to details, does not cut corner, shows up on time and he is respectful. Thank you, Cornelio!
This team was amazing to work with! They came in and offered a lot of different options within my budget to help me out my backyard together. As a renter I needed renter friendly options which they understood. They also showed an incredible amount of patience with a stubborn neighbor who tried to detail the project. They stayed calm and reiterated what they were trying to do without further upsetting him, they compromised but also gave me exactly what I wanted. I couldn't be more grateful and couldn't recommend them more.
5 stars all the way. Gardner is reliable, hardworking, and always does an amazing job. He shows up on time, pays attention to detail, and always cleans up after himself when the work is done. He follows exactly what I ask for and goes above and beyond every time. He’s also very handy and great at fixing things whenever needed. It’s hard to find someone this dependable and professional these days. Highly recommend.
CV showed up when they said they would and even worked through the rain for my clean-up job.
I would highly recommend! My backyard was really overgrown with weeds and needed the leaves raked and a fallen branch removed. He was quick to respond, provide an estimate, and execute his services. I will also be booking future landscaping services.
Cornelius and his landscape team did a great job cleaning up my backyard which had a lot of overgrowth. He was timely and performed quality work. I am very pleased with the results.
Did a great job with weeding the entire backyard and mowing the lawn. They also can address specific issues based on needs which is a major plus. We will be working with them again. Thank you!!
