I had my dryer installed by another company and they did a terrible job. The dryer was leaking propane and they left a huge gap between the wall and dryer. They came by 3 times and I gave up. So I called another company. Sergei came over today and was able to fix the leak and the huge gap quickly. I am so thankful.

Sergei was very professional and did a wonderful job. But the pricing is very high . We paid 295$ to get drain pump on our GE dishwasher replaced. Next time I will get other quotes to check for pricing.
I hired them them to install a new garbage disposal. On their first visit they installed it it incorrectly and failed to remove the cap that led to the dishwasher which caused water to out in the sink and below the sink when I ran the dishwasher. They came back the same day to fix it and it worked fine for 3 weeks. Then the disposal sounded like something was rattling around in it- not food debris. But I couldn’t see or feel anything. I called SCK and they told me it wasn’t anything they did wrong and to call the manufacturer. After several attempts at reaching them they agreed to come take a look to check the installation. Their tech was in my home about 20 mins and could t find the problem and again directed me to call the manufacturer. Later that same day I had a different plumbing company come to my home and within 5 mins they assessed the issue and fixed it. The first tech from SCK took out the cap for the dishwasher but failed to actually remove it and that is what was causing the noise. The 2nd company had to get paid of course but now I’m livid. SCK gave me the runaround when I told them they needed to reimburse me for the 2nd plumber bill. Then they claimed they were going to refund me, but kept dodging my calls and no longer responding to my messages on Thumbtack. I was able to get a refund through Thumbtack Support. Do not use SCK. They do poor work and offer no customer support. UPDATE: SCK Home Services did reach out to me and sent me a full refund for the job they did which was actually more of a refund than I was asking for. The owner was very apologetic about the situation and wanted to make things right.
Sergei’s Handyman Service is 10 out of 10, I couldn’t recommend Sergei more for his high level of professionalism and quality standards. problem solving skills and appreciation of the budget. He installed a storage system and cupboard doors in a bedroom for me recently. The last picture was the before so you can see the dramatic transformation that occurred. I didn’t know how to approach the project myself so Sergei advised on materials to order and installed everything for me to perfection. He offers great value and is completely trustworthy with prompt communication. He goes above and beyond so he will be my go to handyman for any job in my house from now on. Thank you Sergei!
