Mannnnnnnn, this is my first home purchase and everyone said, contractors were a nightmare. Welp, they clearly didn’t use Cypress Construction. Listen, the work is awesome, the attention to detail and patience were immaculate and the job was CHEFS KISS 💋! They are stuck with me from here on out! Please take the time to speak with them. It’s a family business and they CARE! The owner did little extras for me because he genuinely was happy for me and my first home…you cannot put a price on this type of service! I hired cypress construction to do a deck construction for me. Unfortunately we ran into some unforeseen circumstances with permitting issues and the project was not able to be finished and i decided to go in another direction- but they were very responsive in resolving and finding a common ground for resolution. I would definitely consider them in the future for another project just because of the professionalism.
Scammers. Dodge this bullet. I just had to file a complaints, with the MHIC, DLLR & The Deputy Attorney General after they defrauded me (49K). It appears that they also DO NOT have a surety bond! Don’t make the same mistake I made. Update: Pay Pal has refunded three of my payments after a thorough investigation of my allegations. My financial institution has also refunded a payment after investigating my allegations of fraud. In addition Cypress Construction has been ordered by the MHIC and the DLLR to answer the my complaint by July 30, 2025. I’ve also confirmed with their insurance carrier that they only have liability insurance. I will update once they respond to the orders.
Absolutely fantastic experience with Cypress Construction! They installed a new attic door and patched up our old one flawlessly. Their craftsmanship was top-notch, and they were incredibly punctual, arriving exactly when they said they would. The pricing was also very competitive, making their outstanding service an even better value. We couldn’t be happier with the results and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality, reliable work. Hope to working with them again in the future!
