They met with my adjuster and we should be started soon. Great guys!
Make sure you get a bid for your project from D1 Construction Services! These guys really know how to get the job done and the quality looks great!!!!! David the Owner and Mike who is the Seniors Claim Mediator were both exceptional from beginning to end! They did everything we asked for and more. They handled all paperwork to file the claim with insurance company. When these guys leave you can't even tell they were there. They take great pride in making sure your property is thoroughly clean. David and Mike personally come and inspect all aspects of their crews work and makes sure your satisfied before you make your final payment. I would highly recommend D1 Construction for any roofing work in the future.
They showed up the day they said they would and was able to knock out the job in one day. Amazing work and the quality was on point. They really knew their stuff.
William came to provide a roof inspection. He saw the wall where there was evidence of a leak, checked the attic and said what he thought it maybe the issue. He then inspected the roof, found the damage and caulked where the water was coming from. He was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He will definitely be my guy if I need any roof repair/replacement!!!
Excellent service! Responded timely and staying on top of things to make sure the job gets done!
D1 has my best interest to heart...The owner showed that he truly cares about his customers
I had a great experience with D1 construction. I needed a good amount of work done to prep my house for some major renovations. Mike and Will understood my goals and worked with me to make sure they were achieved without draining money unnecessarily. They were very communicative, professional, timely, and able to figure out how to get things done even when I wrongly assumed it might be out of their expertise. The took care of the mold in the bathroom, repaired the brick on the foundation, painted the porch and repaired the kitchen floor. I have included some pictures of their work.
I hired these guys to come out and take a look at my roof. I was surprised to find out there was nothing really wrong except some pine straw buildup in the crease of my roof. It sure was nice to get an honest assessment of what the issue was without being asked to spend money unnecessarily. I dealt with Michael and I would highly recommend asking for him at D1.
William didn't try to overcharge me he new what the problem was right away and fixed the leak in my kitchen from the roof definitely will refer him to friends and family.
