Excellent work by Jorge from Dade County Plumbing. He was very punctual, friendly, and professional, and the quality of his work was excellent. Jorge installed a new main shutoff valve and hose bib assembly, converted the existing CPVC piping to a 3/4-inch copper connection, completed all necessary plumbing connections, and thoroughly tested everything to make sure it was operating properly and leak-free. The installation was clean and well done. I am very satisfied with the work and would highly recommend Dade County Plumbing.

I’m very disappointed with my experience with this company. They were late and canceled our first appointment with no heads up... I called them to ask where they were, then were late again for the second appointment. On the second visit, they were running over an hour behind and never called to give me a heads up. If I hadn't called, I would've never known. I’m also frustrated that payment was never discussed upfront. Their website states a $0 service call, but after completing the evaluation and not fixing anything, I was charged $275 without any prior explanation. Better communication, punctuality, and transparency would have made a huge difference.
These guys are amazing! They came out late at night to handle an emergency leak and made sure everything was 100% fixed before leaving. They even repaired my toilet for a great deal while they were here. Do yourself a favor and book them, you'll be glad you did!
Jorge and Dade-County Plumbing are the epitome of professionalism. Replacing my 9 shutoff valves at various sinks and toilets is probably not a very exciting job, but Jorge treated me like a VIP start to finish and really did a fantastic job. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a professional and reliable plumbing who is going to give you great work at excellent value. And he’s just a heck of a nice guy as well! As you can see from the photos my plumbing is old and tired…but those new 1/4 turn shutoffs are bright and shiney and correctly installed! Thanks Jorge!

our regular plumber was out of town. this was not an emergency call. the work was correctly. but they showed up 2 hours late and charged twice as much as our normal plumber does to snake a floor drain.
These guys gave me an estimate, went to Home Depot to purchase the sink which was included in the total, pulled out the old sink and installed the new one in under four hours. I did not think this project could happen in one day and they did it. Amazing job. The sink looks incredible. Highly recommend Dade County Plumbing. They also offered a much lower price than my first estimate.
The service had significant issues in several critical areas: Drywell executed poorly. Cleanup pipe left in the middle of the street. Shut-off valve: replaced inadequately, left inoperable against the wall, and did not fulfill the requirement to leave the installation ready to connect the sink of the kitchen cart. The contractor also took the old valve without my consent. Job debris placed in the property’s trash bins without securing them and without my permission and without following recicling trash rules. Attempted use of a toilet flange to cover a gap between the drain pipe and the kitchen cart floor, showing lack of professionalism and consideration, despite having hired the team three consecutive times. The price of last project was communicated late, while work already in progress, despite having requested it the day before, and there was pressure for immediate payment. Overall, the quality of finishes and consideration for the property and client were insufficient. While the cleanup was completed correctly, the rest of the work demonstrates that the team needs significant improvement in execution and client care.
