Reviews
This company works with your budget. They soundproofed my home recording studio with fabric panels which enhanced the sound quality. They came on time. The owner knows a lot about acoustics and sound proofing. I highly recommend to anyone who is looking to soundproof any room, including a home recording studio.
The walls look beautiful, really clean and well done. Daimon Soundproofing is extremely knowledgeable about acoustics. It was during a pandemic but I would have preferred a more thoroughly planned noise review ahead of time to know for certain a correct plan for action. All in all happy with the work done! Would recommend.
Excellent
Disappointing - service not as promised. My husband and I hired Bulent and his team at Daimon LLC to soundproof our daughters bedroom. She did not want to be disturbed by the noise and vibration caused by our upstairs neighbors. Bulent was respectful, and explained the options and materials. The price ($4500) seemed to be a good value, compared to others that do similar work. When the work was completed, there was some noise and vibration reduction, but it was still disruptive. Bulent was nice enough to return to our apartment and listen for himself. He said that because of the level of the noise, and construction of our building, that was the best that could be done. He let us know that if we found something else that could be done, we should let him know and he would help. I found some other possibilities, and let him know. He said those other ideas either wouldn’t work, or could only be done for an additional hefty sum. Then he stopped responding to my correspondence, saying he was out of the country and the (phone/internet) service wasn’t good. However, he did pick up when I called from another number, so it seems that the phone service wasn’t so bad after all. Instead of attempting to ghost me , he should have been upfront about his intention to stop working with me. I hesitated to write this review, in the hope that the level of noise and vibration could still be improved. It is now a year later, the noise and vibration are still disruptive, and it does not seem like anything else will be done to improve the situation. Their website is misleading! They made it seem like the room would be mostly/all quiet after the work, no matter the noise and vibration level present. This is clearly not the case. The Daimon LLC website misrepresents what they are actually capable of doing.
Working with Bulent was very refreshing. He made me feel comfortable and secure and was the most cost effective when comparing prices with competitors. He sound proofed both my bedroom and living room. I used to hear my neighbors conversations, dog barking and tv throughout the day and now I hear nothing at all. I was so stressed out with hearing all the noise. His workers were efficient and it took about 5 days to complete the walls. He even worked with me when we had to re work the original plan for the living room. I would definitely recommend Bulent he’s a great man!
