Their price is fair if they decided to do. But, they don't even contact customer if the job seems tricky. And, too much sub hires which makes misunderstanding, miscommunications, delays, responsibility issues, etc...

I cannot say enough good things about this company. They sent a plumber to fix a leak with our upstairs toilet . The first plumber was not able to repair it, so they sent another plumber who fixed the mistakes and completely repaired it for no additional cost . It is working perfectly now. ! It is refreshing to know a business is willing and ready to do the right thing!

Main water line on Sunday breaks. They arrive at 9AM sharp on Monday. 9:15 finds issue. 9:30 hole digging. 10am problem found. Noon the pipe is fixed. 2pm the water is tested. We had a miscommunication but I think it was due to multiple relays vs from the source, at the end of the job no big deal. Would use again. Nice to be able to shower and brush my teeth again lol.
