The gate itself looks good overall, but I had some issues with the locking setup and communication. The main reason I purchased the gate was for security, but after the initial installation the gate could still be opened even with the padlock locked. I had to follow up several times to get the issue corrected. They did eventually come back and improve the locking mechanism, which I appreciate. However, the inside locking point still does not fit a standard padlock, so I now have to purchase a longer-shackle lock to make it work. Overall, the work quality and value were decent, but the communication, punctuality, and follow-up could have been better.
