I called this company on Thursday and I needed a pretty quick turnaround in an in-home move. I needed my furniture from downstairs taken upstairs in a relatively narrow staircase and all the furniture upstairs to be moved to the curb for garbage pick up. Two men showed up on time if not early. They were very warm and friendly. I showed them what needed to be done and they began work right away. They had the entire move in my house done in an hour and 15 minutes. I appreciate their attentiveness and being solution oriented and trying to figure out how to move pieces of furniture through a relatively small space. They reassembled my bed easily, and they carried everything out to the curb. I’m extremely grateful for their help and service and I would definitely book this company again for similar services or for moving!
Three strong young men came to move 3 heavy bedroom suites and one office filled will heavy office furniture down the stairs and into the garage. Two doors had to be removed to get everything through tight corners and out of the house. The men were very professional, courteous, and responsive to specific requests. I’m so thankful our freshly-painted walls were not scratched or damaged! The garage is neatly packed and ready for the next move!
I really appreciated the prompt arrival and attentive nature of the movers. There was also care shown for my belongs and making sure items were protected and properly packed. I will recommend to everyone and I will use again on my next move.
-Damon himself did not show up. He sent 2 summer college kids who clearly aren’t trained. They stacked extremely heavy objects on top of boxes with large red “FRAGILE” stickers on them. They also loaded multiple boxes sideways and dropped several things while unloading. -Damon called me while they were there and tried to force me to give a 5 star review on the phone with him. This is why you see his rating: he strong arms people into it. I strongly advise people to look elsewhere as Damon is an untrustworthy broker.
Superb service by Damon's team. I was contacted right away through Thumbtack and text, the movers arrived early, and both guys, J.E. and E.K., were friendly, efficient, and most importantly gentle with our things. They are skilled with the 'Tetris' game of arranging things in the Uhaul. I hope we have a safe long drive tomorrow!

I am so very pleased with Damon’s moving and storage! The movers were wonderful guys and very kind. They unloaded a storage unit of my son’s and brought everything to my home. I was amazed at how well they stacked everything in the garage and in the attic. They were so kind when asking them how to place everything! A few things needed to be brought into the house and they were kind enough to remove their shoes when my husband asked them to. I would definitely recommend Damon’s moving and storage to anyone who needs their belongings moved! Great job guys!

Damon’s guys arrived right on time and helped me move my one apartment and set everything up in the other. Really friendly crew! I loved working with them and would definitely use them again for future moves. I was a little hesitant, as this was the first time handling a move myself, but it went smoother than any other of my moves in the past!! Absolutely amazing

The two movers who assisted us were decent—friendly and polite—but they lacked experience in their role. I could have overlooked that. What I find unacceptable, however, are the purchased reviews on Thumbtack. I rely on Thumbtack for genuine feedback, not reviews bought in exchange for discounted services. The owner had over 1,000 reviews, nearly all of which were rated 5 stars, which led me to believe they were exceptional. After the job was finished, the owner requested that I leave a 5-star review before sending the invoice. I refused to comply. Eventually, I told him I wouldn’t be writing a review and asked for the invoice instead. As a result, my invoice ended up being $43 higher because I didn’t provide the 5-star review. Maybe it’s just me, but I don’t think this is how things should operate.
