About Dance With Panache
Dance With Panache is a one stop shop for dance and wellness for both mind and body. We offer Latin & Ballroom Dance lessons for fun or Wedding dances, competitive dancesport and athletic training as well as Wedding fitness. We also offer 1-1 Personal Training sessions for your fitness needs. Our trainings take an FRC approach, where we focus building the foundation of movement and doing it right from the get go. Our training focus also involves mobility, flexibility, balance to make sure your body is active, healthy and pain free.
