Daniel and his crew were terrific to work with. He has a talented and hard working crew that does solid work - and they work fast! I needed a new roof badly after having put it off for several years. Daniel worked with me to keep the project on budget and finished the entire roof within one day. I will be recommending him to any friends and family looking for a good roofer to hire in the future. You can’t go wrong with this crew. 👍

Daniel is an expert dealing with insurance companies! He did all the negotiation and has the software tools necessary to deal with any insurance company. He lead the process from beginning to end, was knowledgeable and patience to arrive to the best outcome. Once we were paid, he completed the job on time and with great quality! I also shopped around and he was The best price. I would highly recommend him!
Daniel and his team were professional, informative and friendly. Explanation of recommended maintenance, materials needed, and timeline for project were thorough. He informed me ahead of time when his team would get started each day and what they would be accomplishing.
I had a fantastic experience with Alpine Restoration Inc for a roof repair. The technician, Danial Diaz, came out to fix some damaged shingles and went above and beyond by doing a thorough inspection. He spotted a few extra nail issues I hadn't noticed and took care of them on the spot. He was punctual, honest, and explained everything clearly. He did a truly great job and completed the work efficiently. Five-star service, and I highly recommend Danial and the team!
I had an issue with wood rot due to water getting under my siding from a strip of metal over the awning that was nailed down that got water under it. The awning was not even at this time. I was given a $6000 quote and was continually told this was a storm issue from a year ago and do I remember, in reference to an insurance claim. I asked the time frame that they were out to begin and he stated two weeks. Never heard back, which I’m located in the West end unsure what the problem was unprofessional
Working with Daniel Diaz and his team was a great experience. We needed some loose siding repaired and he recognized that loose nails needed to be fixed. We also talked about some staining that my husband and I had delayed getting completed. Because Daniel said he could get this done for us at a reasonable price, we decided to add this to the list and we were glad we did. Daniel was very professional, personable and explained in detail everything that had to be done and gave a reasonable time frame for completion. He kept in touch throughout the process as we waited for cooperative weather. I am more than pleased to recommend Daniel for your next project.
Woke up to a tree branch sticking out of my roof. I called others and they were “too busy”. Daniel was here in no time. He had the branch removed and the hole patched in 20 minutes. He then told me he’d try to get out here the next day for the full repair. They were here the same day. I didn’t expect this level of service and work. This is exactly how business should be done. You’d never know there was any damage up there. Great work! I highly recommend! :)
I had water rot in fascia and soffit boards from a bad gutter and some squirrels chewed holes in my fascia boards. Daniel’s team installed new fascia and soffit wood and wrapped them with metal trim coil under the drip edge and installed new gutters. Extremely happy with the job. Communication was easy and professional. He will be my go to do any future roof work I may need.
Daniel responded very quickly and came out the next day to look at my issue. He helped rule out one possibility and presented a couple other options for me to pursue to figure out my ceiling leak issue. He inspected the outside vent determined it was intact and gave me some insight into what I needed to do next. He inspected the crawlspace where some plumbing pipes are located and provided photos. I really appreciate his guidance and how thorough the service call was. We definitely recommend using his services in the future.
Daniel and his team were very professional and helpful through this process. My roof looks amazing, I have received several compliments from friends and neighbors.
I am extremely pleased with the work that Daniel and his crew did! They were professional, thorough, and truly went above and beyond on all aspects. I’m really glad I hired them for my roof project. I did a lot of research on prices and they are truly your best bet. It looks better than I was hoping and I would highly recommend.
