Daniell Silva - ProAva Tech

It was a basic job yet the tech/owner was very helpful and knowledgeable. We are now enjoying our updated sound system at home.

We did some ethernet wiring via raceways to a room that's a bit far from the router. Very happy with how it turned out! Can barely notice the raceways in the hallway, and the faceplate on the end looks like it was meant to be there.

Daniell and ProAva Tech was incredible!! I'm not very tech savvy and he handled everything and gave me clear instructions when I was communicating with my IT department. He was able to rush my project, work around my needs, and install everything in a highly professional matter

Daniell and his team did a fabulous job in rewiring our three story building. They were very detailed, careful, professional, and very knowledgeable. They provided us with great suggestions and executed on a well crafted plan. I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking to improve their wiring and Internet connectivity. Thanks very much, Daniell. We very much appreciate you.

Daniell could not assist me with my particular issue but he very kindly gave me a referral to another technician. Thank you, Daniell.

He promised to return my calls but he never did. He probably was very busy with other projects, but a simple phone call or a message would have been an excellent way to demonstrate his professionalism.

Daniell really impressed us - we called asking assistance with WiFi, and by the time he left we had a fix, as well as a plan for a number of other items. He knows his stuff and is easy to work with. I’d highly recommend his services

Daniell is the real deal. He knows his stuff and he’s willing to do what it takes, even the followup. I recommend him highly.

We had a fantastic experience all around. We wanted to install both pro-grade networking equipment and a new Sonos sound system. Daniell walked through our place first to assess what we needed, gave us a range of equipment price options and excellent advice on what to buy and where to get it, then showed up promptly on the appointed day to install everything and train us on how to use it. He even offered to haul away the empty boxes! Really a class act.

He's a genius! He fixed a gnarly wifi issue within 24h. Even better, he charged me less than the estimate because it took him less time than expected - that's honest work. Thanks Daniell!

Outstanding results. Strong internet speed throughout the house and the back patio. No more slow streaming problems.

Mounted an IT cabinet for me. Highly responsive, arrived on site within very short notice, stayed flexible when unexpected changes were thrown at him. Would happily work with him again if the need arises.

Daniel is very professional and really has lot of knowledge understanding networking in houses. He has fixed my wifi by connecting everything correctly and came up with an optimal solution.

He is great! I’m working on building my own brand, starting by getting more followers in my social media. Therefore, he organized my email, secured my networking. He made me feel safe. He is responsable, responsive and generous. I’ll definitely work with him again!

I was leery going with someone I did not know but Daniell was awesome. He was punctual and really knows his stuff. His decade plus of experience showed. I have already referred him to my boss. it could not have been any better.
