Do not recommend. We received a quote and verbally agreed on the price, date, and time. On the scheduled day, he requested a large upfront payment for materials. When we asked for signed paperwork or a contract to document our agreement, he refused and became upset, ultimately canceling the job. You should never pay without a signed agreement—it leaves you with zero protection if something goes wrong. This unprofessional response to a reasonable request is a major red flag.

Definitely disappointed with this pro. I had a job done that was never completed to my expectations everything is just about money and no quality of work.
Dan did an excellent job building a railing for my outdoor staircase. Would absolutely recommend him for any of your home improvement needs!
Dan does quality work at a reasonable price. He keeps you informed throughout the process and takes pride in his product. We intend to use Dan again in the future!
Without a doubt choosing to contact Dan was a good decision. He is a talented and conscientious craftsman who saved our severely water-damaged front door. He identified and corrected the many initial door installation errors made by a previous contractor, It has made our home more secure and saved us a great deal of money. His finished work is beautiful. We are proud to have visitors again. Thank you Dan for all your hard work.
Dan was hard-working, truthfully and work was clean. He answered all questions and gave recommendations. I would definitely hire Dan again.
Dan did a beautiful job repairing our deck! He was able to efficiently replace the pieces that were rotting while salvaging the parts that were still safe to use. It looks brand new! Dan was great to work with and we are very happy with our deck.
Working with Dan was a pleasure. He took on a job that involved a difficult demo and repaired two decks. His work was excellent and he was very accommodating. He's busy and worth waiting for - he takes good care of his customers and will do the same for you.
Dan did excellent work. He is easy to work with, adaptive, professional and friendly. Highly recommend!
