Kathy and her team did an excellent job!!! Real life savers
They didn't want to lay the tile down for the price quoted. They called me 30 minutes before they were supposed to come back to finish the job telling me I expected too much from them. Kathy interrupted me countless times before the conversation ended. She assured me she will be bringing back "our garbage" when I asked for our supplies to be brought back. Yes, they used all of our supplies and then took some back with them. Cigarette butts were left outside our property. They got mortar on our carpet and walls. I could continue but this has already caused too much time wasted. Time to hire someone to actually complete the job.
They responsed quockly
