Amazing work and commutation! We were looking for second option on our backyard spa! It needed a new pump and filter. Our spa was constantly turning a dark green color. David was able to provide different option that would solve our situation. He is very quick to respond and once we made a decision within a couple days the new equipment was installed. Also helped us understand how to adjust the timer. Very friendly and responsive.

About David Crockett Pools
Hi, I’m David, owner of David Crockett Pools. To me, pool service has never been just another job. It’s something I genuinely enjoy and take pride in. I see every pool as a reflection of the care and attention it receives, and I approach each one with the mindset of a craftsman rather than someone simply checking off a task list. I believe that when you truly care about your work, it shows. That’s why I focus on consistency, honesty, and treating every customer’s pool as if it were my own. A clean, balanced, beautiful pool isn’t just the end result—it’s the product of patience, knowledge, and pride in the details. My goal is simple: to provide dependable service you can trust while building lasting relationships with my customers. I don’t just want to maintain pools—I want to create something I’m proud to put my name on every single week. The Foundation of a Clean and Safe Pool A healthy pool depends on three fundamental things working together: 1. Circulation Circulation is the movement of water throughout the pool system. Proper circulation allows chemicals to be distributed evenly, prevents stagnant areas, and helps move debris toward the filtration system. 2. Filtration Filtration is responsible for removing dirt, debris, oils, and unwanted particles from the water. A properly maintained filter keeps the water clear and reduces stress on the pool system. 3. Water Chemistry Balanced water chemistry keeps the pool safe, comfortable, and protected. Proper chemical balance prevents algae growth, protects equipment, and maintains the quality of the water. The Role of the Pool Technician A pool technician is the person who brings these three fundamentals together. The equipment provides the tools, but the technician provides the knowledge, inspection, and care needed to keep the system working properly. Week after week, the pool technician and the pool equipment work together to maintain circulation, filtration, and water chemistry. Through regular service, testing, adjustments, and preventative maintenance, a technician protects the pool, the equipment, and the people who enjoy it. A great pool technician does more than clean a pool — they understand the entire system and help keep it balanced, efficient, and safe.
