What I initially thought would be 2 simple tasks - an air conditioner installation and a leaky faucet repair - turned out to be much more complicated and required additional tools and troubleshooting. David was excellent. He arrived promptly, assessed both issues, and used his expertise to work through the challenges. Thanks to his efforts, the AC was installed just in time to beat the NY heat. He also identified that the leaky faucet was caused by a faulty pipe/spigot that will need to be replaced.
