CAPTURING YOUR LOVE IN A TIMELESS, VIBRANT, AND GENUINE WAY. I discovered my passion for film photography in high school and pursued my bachelor’s degree in Indiana. I got my start as a second shooter in 2016 with weddings that had upwards of 400 guests. The experience solidified my love for capturing the magic of weddings, and it also led me to my passion for more intimate celebrations. As a result, I made the decision to specialize in documenting the beauty and authenticity of smaller weddings, and I love it. I have a passion for both film and digital photography, and I still use the 35mm camera my mom passed down to me that she has in college. After many years of using it solely for personal projects, I have finally started incorporating film into many of my sessions. Film gives a timeless, unfiltered feel that focuses on savoring the moments as they unfold. In the spring of 2018, I officially made the move to the Pacific Northwest and now call Seattle home. I married the love of my life, Joel, at our own intimate wedding. I have an adventurous yet easy-going personality, and I believe that the key to capturing your special day is to truly connect with you and your partner. I prioritize authenticity above all else, and my approach to photography is to adapt and flow with the natural rhythm of your wedding day

We were extremely fortunate to find Lauren for our maternity photoshoot! She was amazing at recommending locations, working with us to make it convenient for me in my third trimester. She knew some awesome spots in Volunteer park and went above and beyond in creating some amazing memories, recommending poses and making us feel super comfortable. She’s also a true professional, we got back our sneak peeks in under a day and the overall edited photos much sooner than the 7 day timeframe! Highly recommend her for capturing your special moments!

Don’t think twice about booking Lauren & Daymark. She’s patient, responsive and has amazing instincts for photos! We’re a chaotic bunch but Lauren was able to make family photos go smoothly. At the reception, she was both right there and invisible. We got a few immediate sneak peaks and wow! Also, spring for the 35mm option - you will not regret it.
