David and Claire are really helpful. They were able to come by my house really quickly and give me a nice and concise quote. The scope of work was very well detailed and they were able to answer very quickly. I’m still in the process of budgeting on what project scope I’m gonna move forward with, but it was really easy to get in contact with them, and a vision of the full project and to get a quote.
Please save your money and DO NOT USE THIS CONTRACTOR. Not quite sure how they are even still on this app or in business. Appliances were installed improperly. They tried four times to resolve my flooring issue, and I finally had to hire an outside flooring company. My dishwasher still will not work, even after I had to call an outside appliance repairman, who said they failed to connect it to the garbage disposal correctly, therefore not allowing the dishwasher to drain for almost a week. They didn't show up on days they said they would, claiming "an emergency." Painting had to be retouched up by me after shelves were installed. kick boards were short, incorrect size, and David wanted to charge me extra for proper size kickboards. Also, there was no support behind the kickboards, so they served only a decorative purpose, which is not what they are meant for. I had to hire someone else to reinstall it correctly. When problems were brought to their attention, they never apologized or even accepted responsibility, just saying that they did this and that extra; therefore, trying to justify the poor workmanship or lack of completion. They threw out my brand new faucet, which I asked them to save. Now I had to go out and buy a new faucet again. They misdrilled the holes for the handles in the cabinetry and tried to hide it by adding filler and re-drilling. It took three tries to get one cabinet handle drilled correctly, which delayed the project for days. They failed to caulk the quartz countertop, which I HAD TO ASK them to do. Electrical wiring was miswired and would not work properly. They had to send someone else to fix the grounding problem. They did not clean up after themselves. There was dust, fingerprints and water bottles left behind. I still have debris in my garage that was not hauled away. Electrical covers just attached to the wall, no screw to hold it on. And on, and on, and on.… Still considering reporting this to the contractors board, which has been suggested to me by another contractor due to the substandard workmanship. Anyway, the photos speak for themselves. Buyer beware.
Great experience from beginning to end, received several quotes for a laundry room hook up installation and despite several changes to the plan, they were still able to complete the project within budget and on time. I will definitely use them again for future projects.
