Great guy! Good to have a young man who runs his own company and offers many services! The only thing that I would say, to be honest, is that he needed a bit of help from me to figure out how to set-up the receiver in order for it to be functional enough to set-up the remainder of the system. The cost of the job was a bit more than I wanted to pay for this specific job and would be another reason why I couldn't rate this job as "great". I rated it as "good" All-in-all, if I need another job done in the future, I would consider contacting them again.
Installed my 65 inch 4K tv perfectly. Very professional work. Neat, cleans up everything to a tee. Knows electrical and much more. Polite and a pleasure to work with. Very reasonable. Hiring them to do two other big jobs for us.....large area painting and shiplap wall. Planning additional projects as well.
Dusty did an outstanding job with our flooring project. We could not be happier.The attention to detail is obvious and his skills are second to none. We would highly recommend. We are very happy we found him, very rare to find a contractor who is this good !!!!!
ACTIVE DUTY MILITARY serving in Germany but TDY to D.C. Dusty is withholding $2,325 downpayment for an A/C unit he failed to install on three separate occasions and/or deliver to my rental property. See details below for this month and a half (and ongoing) nightmare. Below was his last message to me... "Without service? I ran around trying to find you an air conditioner and a service that I told you from the very beginning that I do NOT offer! I've done plenty on my end to make this work. I apologized we were unable to make the deadline that we had discussed. as I had told you before. I had your money tied up in a unit for your home. I couldn't refund what I didn't have. I've already explained that." At no time did Dusty ever tell me that he could not arrange for the purchase and installation. I do not have the AC unit and no work has been done towards its installation. DO NOT HIRE THIS CONTRACTOR! Robert -----UPDATE---- Since Dusty posted his response I have not received a check or cash app transfer as he posted. I will be contacting thumbtack on Monday and pursuing loses in small claims court this week.
