He was very responsive. The only issue was he estimates on the phone and changed it a little when he came in. He did agree to give me the original quote so it was good. He was asking me about what I wanted which was confusing because I thought he would just tell me what I needed. Overall, the repair was made and all good.
Really happy with his work. While his prices were initially higher than I expected, he did discount me for the amount of work that I needed without me haggling. He was very communicative and punctual and overall I’m 100% happy with the work he did. He even found a larger problem and fixed it, providing me with photo documentation without me having to ask. I’d 500% hire him again for any future repairs I need to my irrigation system and whole-heartedly recommend him to anyone else who needs repairs.

We mutually rescheduled the appointment to 10 AM o’clock and I sent a heads up a day in advance about date and timebut Tony showed up at 9 o’clock and I was unavailable in house and he got angry on me so very poor feedback about Tony and this company.
I searched for the lowest price while trying to get someone who is honest and doesn`t have any hidden fees later, I learned my lesson on this app. and Tony was on time, and not only after he arrived he found out that there was another issue with the faucet water that controls the house, so he went and bought it, brought the receipts, so he fixed the toilets which was the original problem he came to fix and then fixed the faucet that controls the house, totally recommend his working skill and honest and friendly personality.
Tony is efficient, works hard and gets the job done. Thank you.
Not sure what is the issue with this person. He listed himself on Thumbtack and thumbtack itself matched him to my project and he is complaining that he is being charged by thumbtack because I put my project up.....extremely unprofessional and ridiculous.
