Jimmy was awesome but his busy schedule affected the viewing of his review from the website. He takes time to relay things as he went thru the process, what his main concerns were vs minor ones to attend or prioritize. I only wish DCC will add estimates how much repairs of findings would cost to give us reference. Thank you much, Jimmy!

Jimmy was wonderful. He was kind and engaging and patient and really came through for us in a last minute pickle. He did a wonderful job with the inspection and shared his findings in such a clear, concise way. I never felt lost or overwhelmed. A great experience. Highly recommend.
Jimmy has horrible communication skills. It took 5 days to get our inspection report back when it’s supposed be completed in 48 hours. My messages went ignored for days until I finally called him when he gave me the runaround of sending my report to the wrong person and then telling me it was in spam only to be told t days later it was never sent because I didn’t sign the right form. I definitely would not recommend this service to anybody

DCC Inspections did a very thorough job, the report was detailed and timely. Recommendations and educational information were provided as well. Very pleased with their service and would highly recommend them to anyone.
Very late to respond, poor communication. Did not send the results to my realtor even though they said they will. Needs to be reminded every time for the results to be sent over which also caused the delay of my closing date. Billed me with services that was not done even they initially told me it was already done. When asked for the results, stated that they weren’t able to do it. Also, signed a contract to be billed during my closing date. However, when I just asked if I can use my credit card for billing, they immediately billed it without notifying me and that was approx 2 weeks prior my closing date.
Jimmy Mort was easy to talk to and his schedule was flexible enough to have an inspection done on a Saturday. Very competitive price, answered all my questions and his report was well done and clear.
DCC did an excellent job with my mold and humidity testing. The technician was very knowledgeable, supportive, and patient throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything clearly, let me know exactly what was going on, and pointed me in the right direction for what needed to be done next. I really appreciated how thorough he was and how quickly he responded to my concerns. I felt confident that I was getting accurate information and honest guidance. I would definitely recommend DCC to anyone needing reliable mold and humidity testing.
