I’ve been working with Danny since mid may of 2026 and we’re still going back and forth with the city about the plans. All I wanted to do is convert my car port to a bedroom en-suite. He revised the plans 3 times and still haven’t gotten it approved. Added new work to the project that cost around 15-20k without my consent and said that the city was asking for it. Mind you all I want to do is the carport transformation and now I have to do a whole new driveway while I’m perfectly fine with the one I have now. I don’t know if he knows what he’s doing but 5 months in and nothing has been done but stress and more money spent. He shows lack of interest on my project and at time lost of knowledge. Won’t be recommend him and I honestly want everyone moving forward to reconsider working with him.

Dannys did an excellent job at a very reasonable price and was always on time. He consistently supported me whenever I ran into any permit-related issues and made the whole process much easier. I found him extremely helpful, reliable, and competitive. I highly recommend him to everyone. Thank you, Danny, for all your help.
