Carlos and his team put in a second bathroom in an old crawl space and the transformation is incredible. His team was super skilled, clear communicators and worked with us to give us what we were looking for. The timeline dragged on much longer than expected but there were speed bumps on both sides to get this done. All to say, give yourself a generous cushion on the expected timeline. Would highly recommend!
Carlos and his team are amazing. They rebuilt our bathroom from the ground up. Installed new doors to the exterior of our home. And restrained our pre-owned wooden entryway door. The work did, and the timeframe in which they did it was simply outstanding. I'll be using them for all my future projects.
Carlos and his crew did a fantastic job installing tile, repairing drywall and painting on our bathroom remodel. The response time was quick, quote was fair, and was started on time. Only delays were on our end. The tile installers were friendly, trustworthy, hardworking and did a great job utilizing the beautiful tile to its full potential, large and mirrored tile. We even added to the job as we went and Carlos was super easy to work with. I definitely recommend giving them a call for your projects!
Carlos and his crew did wonderful tile work in my bathroom. They installed new floor and wall (shower surround) tile. The workmanship was great -- the spacing, seams, and corners are all perfect! The bathroom is not done yet, but I am happy with their work.
We engaged Carlos to remove a load bearing wall, reroute HVAC and electrical, make changes to our ceiling and walls, and replace our living room floors. His prices were attractive and they did the work quickly. Carlos was easy to reach throughout the project. However, he never got the permits he said he did and when I asked for an inspection report he has not responded. We ended up having to get our floors redone due to their poor work. We have HVAC issues we now have to address as well, as a result of their work. The HVAC team ended up rushing the work and was at our house until 10:30pm banging loudly. When asked to return on Monday (we have small kids that needed to sleep) they said we would be left without heat. This could have been avoided with more careful planning by Carlos. Finally, the ductwork and subsequent drywall will need to be redone eventually because it is unnecessarily bulky. While pleasant to work with, I do not have confidence in the safety nor quality of the work.
Looks good, was done quickly. Very responsive.
DCW Construction was a great company to work with! They stayed in constant communication with me and answered any and all questions I had almost immediately. Any changes I wanted done they were quick to do and offered multiple options to me. The project was done in a timely manner and it was really affordable! They built a room for my private music studio. I’m including some pictures! I didn’t have them paint it because my students and I are painting it together as a bonding activity! Thank you for all you did!
Skilled and motivated to work is DCW...From the first interaction of requesting a quote, to the completion of the project and all the communication in between was instantaneous. They checked with me on options every step along the way and when I wanted them to choose something for me, they were not shy to decide on my behalf (which is a relief for me personally).
I can’t say enough amazing things about DCW Construction! We had them refinish our entire basement in a 1927 house. From start to finish, the job was prefect!! The communication was wonderful. Carlos and his team adhered to the timeline impeccably! Every detail of the job was perfection! We then hired DCW Construction to finish and expand our second floor bathroom because we were so satisfied with the quality of work. We would highly recommend DCW Construction for any job!!
